Leah Hite

Leah Hite joined Rogan & Associates in March 2026 as a Financial Planning Assistant.

A lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area, Leah was born and raised in Palm Harbor and is proud to call the Clearwater area home. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Criminology. During her time at USF, she was a member of Sigma Delta Tau, serving as Vice President of Finance and supporting the sorority’s philanthropy, Prevent Child Abuse America (PCAA).

Prior to joining Rogan & Associates, Leah spent five years in the Accounting Department at Publix’s corporate office, where she developed strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Leah married her high school sweetheart, Derek, in May 2026 after nearly eight years together. Together, they enjoy traveling, exploring new coffee shops, spending time with family and friends, and serving in their local church.
