We are in the process of updating some of our communication and reporting systems in order to enhance our relationship with you as well as stay up to date with constantly changing technology and security needs.
Our client portal – known to you as our “Wealth Management System” – has been an integrated mix of three systems designed to allow you to see your entire financial picture in one consolidated place. As changes beyond our control have occurred – one of the systems providers was recently sold to a venture capital firm; another of the systems has not been able to keep up with required needs for cyber security (none of your data was at risk, the system just stopped updating) – we have needed to find a new solution.
As you know, our goal is to help you not think about your finances so you can focus on more important things in your life – family, friends, travel, etc. We often say our job is to provide you with updated information on all of your finances and then convince you not to look at it! Well, unfortunately, change needs to take place to continue that goal. With a little luck, this new solution will meet our needs without change for years to come.
What this means to you is that there will be a different link on our webpage for you to reach your client portal. In a few cases, you may have some paperwork to sign. You will receive a phone call from our team to walk you through this transition in the near future.
